Mark Walker

Walker, along with the Founding Dugout Players, is the original architect of Dugout Ventures. Previous to Dugout, Walker founded eobm Inc, a Southern California based business management firm which serves as an outsourced family office for high net worth athletes, entertainers and entrepreneurs. In his career, Walker has been the structuring agent behind dozens of ventures spanning industries including real estate, distressed debt, commodities, film production, consumer goods and technology. Walker’s management group, Servarius Management, the management entity of Dugout, previously managed WGC Capital, a GP co-invest real estate group based in Austin, TX which managed a real estate portfolio with over $500MM of commercial real estate nationwide. Walker is a CPA and an alumni of Louisiana State University where he played football.

Dr. Prakash Patel has 25 years of healthcare leadership experience and a proven track record of driving strategy and operations to deliver growth across a broad spectrum of healthcare areas. In particular, he has been an innovator at the intersection of the payor, provider, and technology landscapes and has driven solutions around integrated pharmacy, physical and behavioral health care models to meet the needs of those with chronic and complex conditions. Currently the CEO of MaxHealth and Healthcare Operating Executive Advisor for Growth Curve Capital. Previously, Dr. Patel was an Anthem Executive Vice President and President, Diversified Business Group (DBG). Before joining Anthem, Patel served as Chief Operating Officer of the GuideWell Enterprise and Florida Blue and President of GuideWell Health (direct owner of provider groups) ; and he also held executive roles with Magellan Health Services, Internet Healthcare Group, and Scheer & Company.

Director

Wingo is a prominent long-term executive in the protective gear industry. He is the founder of United Sports Labs which, in 1986, designed Power Protective Equipment, a shoulder pad line utilizing his patented air impact system. Today, thirty years later, Power is still worn by over 80% of NFL Players. Wingo went on to become the COO and President of Riddell Sports, Inc where he helped negotiate the landmark licensing agreement to make Riddell the official helmet of the NFL. After Riddell, he licensed a new patented protective gear product which allows heat and moisture to escape from the product, which again revolutionized the industry. Schutt Sports currently licenses that product. Most recently, JC worked as a consultant to Evoshield, LLC helping them navigate their presence in the protective gear industry.

Thomas Tull

Tull is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Tulco, a Pittsburgh-based investment-holding company. Tull is part of the six-time Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers ownership group, where he also holds a board seat. Prior to his work with Tulco, Tull served as the Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board for Legendary Entertainment where he produced and executive produced more than 40 films that together have realized grosses of more than $13 billion at the worldwide box office including Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla, Jurassic World, the Dark Knight trilogy, 42, The Town, Inception and the Hangover franchise. He serves on the Carnegie Mellon University Board of Directors, the MIT School of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Tull sits on the boards of the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, the National Football Foundation, the Motion Picture Television Fund and the Smithsonian Institution.
Brian Kelley

Kelley is currently Chairman & CEO PearlRock Partners. A partnership between private investment group Fremont Macanta, LLC and 8451, the technology and data analytics subsidiary of Kroger. Previous to Pearlrock, Kelley lead Lindsay Goldberg's global consumer products and services investment efforts since January, 2017. Previous to Lindsay Goldberg, Kelley led Keurig Green Mountain as its CEO since December 2012 and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board after leading the company's sale to JAB Holding Co. in 2016 for approx $13.9B. Previously he was with the Coca-Cola Company as President of Coca-Cola Refreshments, the company’s North American operations, with over $20 billion of revenue and more than 70,000 employees. Kelley’s prior experience includes his appointment as CEO of SIRVA, Inc.; President of Ford Motor Company’s $13 billion Lincoln/Mercury division; and a number of executive roles at The General Electric Company where he was a Corporate Officer. He is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross where he played football and received a B.A. in Economics.
Don Sanders

Sanders is the founder of Sanders Morris Harris, which was founded in 1987 in Houston, TX, and today is still a successful wealth management firm thirty years later. In 1979 he became a minority owner of the Houston Astros. He also, along with Nolan and Reid Ryan founded Ryan Sanders Baseball which today owns the Round Rock Express (the Texas Rangers AAA Farm Club), and Ryan Sanders Sports Services, also known as RS3. Although Don is well-known for his financial and sports expertise, he is equally well-respected as an active community leader. He founded the Houston Police Foundation, was a Director of the Houston Police Pension System and served on the Board of Regents of the University of Houston. He is currently a Board Member of the Houston Police AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl and the Nolan Ryan Foundation.
